Residents of Westchester's tony Mt. Kisco were alarmed by sounds of a scuffle on their ordinarily quiet streets last night. A young woman disguised as a witch, identified as Jarrett R. Arthur, was observed assaulting groups of children on their trick-or-treat rounds, alternating bloodcurdling "war cries" with shouts of "Knee! Knee! Knee!"

Accompanying Ms. Arthur were several unidentified companions, one of whom, his voice somewhat muffled by a pair of oversized fangs, was at the same time heard to be exhorting the children to "Don't quit! Don't quit!"

Police are also searching for accomplices variously described as "Elvis", a second individual wearing an Armani convict's uniform, and a tall fellow dressed head-to-toe in what witnesses described as "a strange fuzzy pink thing."
